1. Make sure you don't have more than one window of our website open. Two windows confuses it.
2. We recommend signing in before making a selection but if you get caught in a sign-in loop where it returns back to sign in every time you try to book, make sure you follow number 1 and if that doesn't work, clear your cache (your browsing history) in your browser settings. Then sign in first and make your appointment selections.
3. To purchase gift certificates, sign in or make an account and select from the "Buy" tab. If caught in a sign-in loop, check that you only have 1 window of our website open and clear your cache (browser history).
4. The system does not allow for multiple couple's services to be booked online but it will show you the available time slots. Look for the services you want and then text us with the package of services and the time/date the system says is available and we will book it for you.
We appreciate you using our online booking as we believe this is the service most people want when booking for beauty and relaxation services. We do not have a receptionist and it is providers who are between services who are helping you over text. Bella Mer is a by appointment only spa and we are unable to accept walk-in appointments or visits. You can book same day and future appointment here on our website as well as purchase gift certificates digitally, and cancel or move appointments.
