Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance by text or phone voicemail. Late cancellations or no-showed appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost. Deposits on select services are non-refundable.
At this time we do not take walk-in customers. If you need a same day appointment, you can book up to an hour ahead on our website here if openings are available. Our providers can not leave their guest to help you at the desk. If you have questions, please text our spa line.
Please do not bring valuables to your appointment. Bella Mer, LLC, it's employees and it's associates are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
All children and guests accompanying you to your appointment are subject to a $25 fee.
In consideration of our guests who come to relax and disconnect from their stress we ask that all guests silence their phones and speak softly within our building to maintain a relaxing atmosphere.
All appointments must be secured with a valid bank card, credit card or prepaid gift certificate. Payment is due immediately after services are completed.
Any disruptive, aggressive, or abusive behavior towards our management, providers and guests will not be tolerated. Offenders will be asked to leave the premises and payment for services booked will be taken immediately.
