Policies

Cancelation Policy

Cancellations/reschedules must be made 12 hours in advance for single appointments and 36 hours in advance for multi-service bookings (including couple's services) by text or phone voicemail.  Late cancellations/reschedules are subject to a 50% service fee and no-showed appointments are subject to a 100% service fee.  Deposits on select services/specials are non-refundable. 

Minors

Minors may not book appointments at Bella Mer.  If you book with us, you are giving consent that you are not a minor and over the age of 18.  We do not service minors without a parent present and consent.

Walk-ins

At this time we do not take walk-in customers.  If you need a same day appointment, you can book up to an hour ahead on our website here or by texting/calling 208-402-8195. Our providers can not leave their guest to help you at the desk.  If you have questions, please text our spa line.

Valuables

Please do not bring valuables to your appointment.  Bella Mer, LLC, it's employees and it's associates are not responsible for lost or stolen items.  

Children

Children and guests are prohibited from accompanying you to your appointment.   If you can not find other arrangements, we will have to cancel your appointment and the cancelation/no-show policy does apply.

Cell Phones & Soft Voices

In consideration of our guests who come to relax and disconnect from their stress we ask that all guests silence their phones and speak softly within our building to maintain a relaxing atmosphere.

Payment

All appointments must be secured with a valid bank card, credit card or prepaid gift certificate.  Payment is due immediately after services are completed and can be paid with cash, credit or gift certificate.

Conduct

Any disruptive, aggressive, or abusive behavior towards our management, providers and guests will not be tolerated.  Offenders will be asked to leave the premises and payment for services booked will be taken immediately.
