Bella Mer is a web-based business and our customers love the convenience of online booking. To book your first service, move an appointment or cancel an appointment, follow these steps. (Important! We do not accept bookings where the card on file is not the name of the guest receiving a service. If you are making this booking as a gift, please purchase a gift certificate first here and make the booking with the certificate as payment.)
How to Make an Appointment
Step 2: Add a form of payment on file. This card is for security purposes only and you will not be charged for the service ahead of time. You can pay with another form of payment such as cash, a different card, or a gift card code after your service is complete. Please see our spa policies here to learn more about why we need a card on file.
Step 3: From the menu, select "Book" and browse our vast menu of services and add-ons.
Step 4: If booking more than one service, select your first service then select "Additional Services" in the pop up menu. Select your additional services.
Step 5: Choose your date and time on the calendar.
Step 6: Finalize your booking.
Step 7: Look for the confirmation email or text that confirms your appointment was successfully booked.
Step 8: Wait for your service time to arrive!

To move or cancel an appointment. Cancellations require 12hrs (24 hrs for couples and packages) notice. Late cancel and no-show fees apply to all bookings.
Step 1: Log in to your account here.
Step 2: Select the "Hi! (Your Name)" Menu option.
Step 3: Select "Appointments >"
Step 4: Find the appointment you would like to move or book.
Step 5: Select the "Cancel" option.
Step 6: You should receive a cancellation confirmation email or text when the appointment has been successfully canceled.
To move or rebook the appointment after cancelling.
Step 1: To rebook the appointment to a sooner or later date and time, select "Book Again" on the appointment or if you want to change your selection, select "BOOK" from the menu and browse our menu.
Step 7: Return to the Book Online steps.
